What are your payment options?
We take all major Credit Cards, Cash and Apple Pay.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. This is because once an item has sold the shop owner is paid. All clothing items can be exchanged for a different size within 2 days of original purchase with receipt and original tags attached. If there is a major issue with a purchase, please contact our management team for a resolution. We are happy to resolve any problems in a timely manner.
Do you have another location?
The Dogwood Company has only one location at this time, but we are looking to expand our brand in the future. We do have a sister company called The Pink Magnolia located at 7325 Knightdale Blvd. in Knightdale, NC.
How do I get a Vendor Space?
Becoming a Shop Owner at The Dogwood Company is simple and easy. First, fill out our Vendor Application Form. Second, choose your space. Lastly, set up your booth and start selling!
Do you take things in on Consignment?
We do not take items in on Consignment.
Are you a Flea Market?
No. Unlike a Flea Market we do NOT allow the sale of used personal items; including, but not limited to, used clothing, handbags or shoes. Used toys or stuffed animals. Electronics, CDs, or DVDs. Our community of Shop Owners provide high quality goods either hand-made or curated with the intention of supplying unique one-of-a-kind items for all.
How much does it cost to rent a Vendor Space?
There is a monthly fee and a 12-month lease requirement for Shop Owners. The rent depends on several factors including size and the location within the store. Commision in the amount of 10% is also taken from your sales to cover staffing, store supplies and marketing. Details will be provided once your application has been approved.
